Dr. Baley’s chiropractic journey began when she was a teenager who was experiencing headaches and migraines, and some low back twinges. Her journey continued while in college, when she truly began to understand how much of an impact chiropractic had in her life. It was at that point that Dr. B knew - she wanted to become a trusted Doctor of Chiropractic and help people overcome their pain and improve their lives! With a bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from UW- Stout, and a doctorate in chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic, Dr. B is read to get you and your family on the path to wellness.

Dr. Baley has extensive training specific to working with women, children, and fertility. Her favorite patients are pregnant moms and their little babes. Although Dr. Baley does not have children of her own, she has considered herself the fun cool Aunt to all of her little peanuts in office.

Fun fact, Dr. B isn’t from either the Sheboygan or Manitowoc communities, but that doesn’t even show! She grew up in Pulaski, WI- just 30 miles north of Green Bay. What brought her to the area, you ask? A friend she met in college introduced her to the beauty that is Lake Michigan and Dr. B fell in love. She is very much a water girlie and loves the calming effects the lake has on you. That sealed it and she knew that one day, she would find herself in this area. Although she isn’t from here, Dr. Baley does her best to be involved in both local communities, but she still is always open to recommendations on where to explore next- whether it’s a coffee shop, restaurant, store, or museum.

In her down time, you can find Dr. Baley cooking with her husband Andrew, walking with her pups Wrigley and Marcella, or hopping on a Peloton class. She loves to try new foods when she travels with her husband and they’re on the constant search for the world’s best ice cream. Where should they head next?

Of course we all love a good sauna sesh. It’s quiet, we aren’t bothered for 5 minutes by the husband or the kids, and we get to just sit and finally relax from all the long days of chores. I know it’s hard to think that you don’t need many more benefits… that quietness and relaxation are enough, but the sauna actually provides A TON of health benefits.
